What this tier is for

When the standard catalogue does not fit

Economy and standard export cover the ratings most buyers resell. This tier is for everything else: a distributor who wants the transformer to arrive with their own brand on it, or a project where the consultant wrote a specification that no catalogue matches.

We work from your document. If you only have a single-line diagram and a load list, we will propose the rest and send it back for approval before anything is cut.

Custom distribution transformers in production at the factory

What we can change

Anything on this list is a normal production change, not a special project. The only question is what it does to the price and the lead time.

Electrical

Primary and secondary voltage, dual voltage, vector group, impedance, tapping range, 50 or 60 Hz, single or three phase.

Thermal

ONAN or ONAF cooling, temperature rise limit, Class-1 or Class-2 losses, design for high ambient or high altitude.

Mechanical

Tank type and finish, IP enclosure, cable box, bushings, lifting lugs, wheels, corrosion protection for coastal sites.

Branding

Nameplate text and position, your logo, manual in your language, carton and shipping marks.

Documentation

Drawings for approval, routine test records, type test and efficiency reports, packing list, certificate of origin.

Packing

Standard export packing, reinforced crating, or container loading plan prepared for your forwarder.

How a custom order runs

1. You send the drawing or specification. PDF, Excel or a photo of the tender page is fine.
2. We answer point by point. What we can meet, what we would change, and what it costs — usually within two working days.
3. Drawing approval. Nothing is released to production until you sign the general arrangement drawing.
4. Production and test. Routine test on every unit, with the record sheet supplied.
5. Packing and shipment. Loading plan and shipping marks issued before the container is stuffed.

Questions about custom work

Can you build to my drawing only, without a specification?	Yes. Send the drawing and tell us the application; we will fill in anything missing and send it back for your approval.
Can the transformer carry our brand?	Yes — nameplate, manual, carton printing and shipping marks. Send the artwork and we will show you a nameplate proof first.
What is the minimum for a private label order?	10 units, the same as our standard MOQ. Mixed ratings in one order are accepted.
Do we approve drawings before production?	Always. Production starts only after the general arrangement drawing is signed off.
Can you match a competitor's nameplate?	We can match the technical data and the format. We will not copy another manufacturer's brand name onto the unit.
